Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

The tenant provides their own lock for the self storage. For your convenience we offer for sale a variety of quality storage unit locks in our Management Offices.
Your climate-controlled storage unit is kept at approximately 78 degrees in summer and 55 degrees in winter. This helps protect items that are especially susceptible to extreme temperature changes.
Yes, in our climate controlled facilities.
We do require a lease to secure your storage space. However, the storage unit lease is month-to-month. You are not locked in for a certain period of time. You can vacate the unit by giving one month’s notice. Most importantly, the lease is a document that states the terms of your stay so you have a reference of your rights as a tenant.
Not at this time. We do however, encourage our customers to get their items added to their homeowners insurance. We also offer tenant insurance through a third party, for a small fee.
We offer 24-Hour Gate Access on Building B and Building C
Building A has gate access from 7am – 9pm, 7 days a week.
Storage unit rent is prepaid monthly, and is due on the first day of each calendar month. You will have the ability to make the payment in person, by mail, or automatic payment using a credit card.
